| How does your program work? |
| | We want you to enjoy owning your own home even if you can’t qualify for a conventional bank loan. The purchase price will be locked in for the term of your lease. Anytime during your lease, we will give you $2000 along with your entire deposit to purchase the home with a conventional mortage. |

| I have bad credit does that matter? |
| | We have a 100% approval program, bad credit is not an issue for us. |

| How much of a deposit is needed? |
| | Deposits range between $4000 - $6000 depending on the home and an individuals situation. We do our best to work with any available funds and make our decisions on the person, not their credit. Don't forget, your 401k may allow you to use funds without penalty because you are purchasing a home. |

| Where are your homes located? |
| | We have homes located all around Houston and it's surrounding areas such as Cypress, Katy, Kingwood, Pearland, Richmond, Spring, Tomball and the Woodlands. |

| How fast can I move in? |
| | A couple of days is generally all that is needed. |

| Will you buy my house? |
| | It may be possible for us to purchase your house.

| Will you sell your home without renting it first? |
| | It depends on which home you are interested in, but many of them can be purchased outright. |

| When should I start looking for a new home? |
| | Most of our homes are only available for a few weeks, so about a month before your planned move is a good time to start looking. |
